About the project
SolveIQ, formerly Asurvio, had developed a powerful suite of tools for driver management and optimization but was limited by an outdated digital presence and fragmented messaging. While their B2C product was profitable, they aimed to expand into the B2B space targeting OEMs and software providers. To guide the redesign, user interviews were conducted along with a full site audit that revealed confusion around brand perception, product value, and user trust. From these insights, key personas were developed to clarify the strategic direction and help focus efforts on modernizing the experience, improving conversion, and expanding appeal to a broader, more tech-savvy audience while maintaining the success of their core consumer business.
The brand architecture was revisited to clarify the relationship between SolveIQ and DriverSupport. The website was restructured to support both consumer and enterprise visitors through clearer, more purposeful pathways. Content and messaging were refined to improve clarity, reinforce credibility, and highlight product benefits such as optimization, malware defense, and performance support. Based on the user journeys and personas developed earlier in the process, a new sitemap was established and translated into a comprehensive set of wireframes. These wireframes served as a blueprint for organizing content, guiding users through key tasks, and ensuring a more intuitive interaction across the site. Installation instructions were also simplified to reduce user confusion and minimize support requests.
Design efforts emphasized trust and usability through a modern, responsive interface that reflected SolveIQ’s technical leadership while remaining intuitive to a broad user base. Personalization was implemented to adapt content and pathways based on the type of user visiting the site, helping guide consumers and enterprise clients toward the most relevant information and actions. Visual direction evolved alongside a refreshed brand identity, incorporating new logos, custom illustrations, and a more approachable tone. High-fidelity prototypes were developed to demonstrate scroll-based animations, transitions, and microinteractions that enhanced engagement and reinforced brand quality across the experience.

The desktop app was redesigned in tandem with the website to deliver a seamless, consistent experience. Key workflows were streamlined, frequently used tools were surfaced, and the interface was updated for clarity and performance. Across both platforms, the focus remained on improving usability, reinforcing brand trust, and supporting ongoing business growth.
The final result was a fully integrated digital system that strengthened SolveIQ’s position across markets, improved user engagement, and created a scalable foundation for future visibility and expansion.
