About the project
Sensis Agency needed a complete redesign of its website to better reflect its identity as a data-driven, integrated marketing agency. As the agency’s Digital Design Director, I led the project from the beginning, guiding the redesign from concept to execution. The existing site no longer aligned with Sensis’s creative depth or strategic positioning, and it lacked the flexibility required for growth. The goal was to create a modern, scalable digital presence that clearly communicated the agency’s capabilities and made key content such as case studies and research more accessible and engaging.
To inform the direction of the redesign, a competitive analysis of other agency websites was conducted to identify relevant design patterns, content strategies, and positioning approaches. The goal was to better understand industry expectations and uncover opportunities for differentiation. In addition, interviews with internal stakeholders provided valuable qualitative insights into perceptions, priorities, and areas for improvement. Website analytics from the existing site were also reviewed to highlight drop-off points, underperforming content, and usage trends. These findings helped shape strategic decisions moving forward.
The visual strategy focused on clarity and confidence, using large typography, intentional negative space, and a minimalist layout to establish structure and hierarchy. Custom illustrations, directed in-house, brought warmth and reflected the agency’s culture, supported by a flexible color palette and grid system to maintain visual consistency.
High-fidelity prototypes were used to define interaction patterns and communicate functionality to the development team. A scalable design system was created with modular, responsive components, along with a digital brand style guide to help content creators apply elements consistently and expand the site with ease. The site also featured a cohesive navigation system combining interactive imagery, tab-based interfaces, and a robust news section designed to highlight agency insights and thought leadership for the industry.



The final platform delivered a modern, focused experience that elevated the agency’s identity and better reflected its positioning as a data-driven, integrated marketing firm. The redesigned site offered clarity in both structure and tone, allowing the agency’s case studies, services, and thought leadership to come forward with greater visibility and impact. Internally, the design system and content framework empowered teams to manage and scale the site with confidence. Whether updating service offerings, publishing research, or launching new campaign pages, internal teams could work more efficiently and consistently. The result was not only a refreshed visual presence but also a more agile and future-proof digital foundation that can continue to grow with the agency’s evolving needs.
